While there is nothing that happens after the credits or during the middle of the credits in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, there is a short bonus scene that runs just as the credits start rolling.

In the bonus scene, Raphael and Michelangelo are running along a roofline right in front of a Victoria's Secret billboard. As people on the street below start to turn and look up in the direction of Raphael and Michelangelo, the two turtles jump on up the billboard and conceal themselves as part of the bra of the model in the ad.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles is currently playing in theaters.
