Frankencastle Resurrects a Stale Punisher
What I’m telling you is a clear case of “it’s not you, it’s me”. After falling in love with comics in middle school during a fateful trip to a used bookstore, which just happened to come on the heels of seeing 1989’s Batman on the big screen, I dove into comics and auditioned, harvested and read just about every character conceivable, finding something interesting and cool, even if it was transitory, about each one, until I had finally, in my 7th grade mind, arrived at my favorites. Eminem Battles The Punisher in ‘Eminem/Punisher: Kill You’
There is no arguing that Eminem is a genius at marketing his music. Most efforts, however, his exploits are more controversial. However, this time, for his upcoming release of “Relapse”, the rapper has done something incredibly AWESOME.
Eminem takes on The Punisher in the upcoming comic “Eminem/Punisher: Kill You.” The first half of the story will be featured as a bonus eight page special edition in comic in the June issue of XXL magazine. The conclusion of the story will be available on Marvel Digital Comics Unlimited starting May 5th. Rumors are that The Punisher eliminates Eminem’s posse just after the rapper finishes his set. Then all heck breaks loose.
