Ben Affleck is keeping quite the schedule these days, with multiple projects in the works. These include his recent involvement with DC's cinematic universe as part of the upcoming Justice League, which just finished shooting in London.

The actor appeared on Live with Kelly earlier today to talk about a number of his projects, and first on the docket was Justice League. Even though the film has wrapped production, for the most part, he will be flying overseas to shoot a few more scenes.

"I just finished, I have one more, I have to go back, I'm going to Iceland for a couple of days, but I did, I was in London for four months doing the movie."

There was no context given as to what those scenes involve, and the topic quickly moved to his upcoming film Live by Night. Affleck not only appears in the film, but he also handled the screenplay and is directing the project.

"Live by Night is, I'm really excited about it. It will be out at Christmas and it's, it's kind of like an homage to, I love the old Warner Bros. gangster movies, these big sort of juicy, epic type things where you have guns and cars and betrayal and cops and the mob, and it's really, it was a lot of fun. It was like a big, what old blockbusters use to be, when they were big epic things, you know instead of just super, not that I have anything against superhero movies (laughs)."

He's certainly not, as in addition to Justice League Affleck is already hard at work with DC guru Geoff Johns on his upcoming Batman solo film. The project is expected sometime in 2018, and doesn't have an official title yet.

Justice League hits theaters on November 17, 2017 , while Live by Night opens on January 13, 2017.
