White Collar's Tim DeKay Joins Lucifer Cast

TVLine reports, Tim DeKay — best known for portraying FBI agent Peter Burke in the USA Network comedy-drama White Collar (2009-2014) — has landed an important recurring guest role on the FOX comic book-based television series Lucifer.

Dekay will play Dr. Jacob Carlisle, "a brilliant neuroscience professor whose encounter with Lucifer will have deadly ramifications on someone the Devil cares about." He'll appear later this season in episode 12 and 13.

You'll also recognize DeKay from playing Kevin in the "The Bizarro Jerry" episode of Seinfeld, Senator Christian Ward in Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., Clayton 'Jonesy' Jones in HBO's Carnivàle, and Duval Pritchard in FOX's Second Chance.

The regular cast feaures Tom Ellis as Lucifer, Lauren German as Chloe, DB Woodside as Amenadiel, Lesley-Ann Brandt as Maze, Kevin Alejandro as Dan, Scarlett Estevez as Trixie, Rachael Harris as Linda Martin, Tricia Helfer as Charlotte, and Aimee Garcia as Ella.

The guest cast includes Alex Fernandez as Deputy Warden Perry Smith, Rebecca De Mornay as Penelope, Sharif Atkins as Prosecutor Earl Steadman, Karin Konoval as Judge Vicky Estrada, and Elfina Luk as Madame Chunhua Li.

Lucifer is produced by Warner Bros. Television, in association with Jerry Bruckheimer Television. The series is based on characters created by Neil Gaiman, Sam Kieth and Mike Dringenberg for DC Entertainment's Vertigo imprint. Tom Kapinos ("Californication") wrote and executive-produced the pilot. The series is executive-produced by Jerry Bruckheimer, Jonathan Littman, Ildy Modrovich and Joe Henderson.

The all-new "Quid Pro Ho" episode of Lucifer will air Monday, November 28 at 9:01-10:00 PM ET/PT on FOX.
