iZombie Recap with Spoilers: Twenty Sided, Die

The episode begins with the Zombie Truthers meeting watching the footage of Justin attacking Harley's car. They explain that Baracus and a bunch of other citizens are zombies. The interviewee from the Chuck Bird show, Billy, agrees and tells his side of the story from the Max Rager party. Various people volunteer to track supposed zombies.

Blaine and Don E talk to the employees of the Scratching Post. Blaine unveils his newest product for the bar - a brain soaked in blue juice for twice as long as Ravi previously did. Don E's sidekick volunteers to try the brain out.

Back at the meeting, Harley motivates the Truthers to capture a zombie and starve it, then broadcast footage of it online. Billy is opposed to kidnapping zombies. Ravi stands up and explains what he knows about zombies - and how contagious they are. He offers to create a vaccine that protects humans from the zombie outbreak.

Outside, Ravi runs into Rachel, one of the girls from the Truthers meeting. She explains that she's a photographer, and has an interest in zombies because she wants to photograph one.

A group of nerds play Dungeons and Dragons. The Dungeon Master, Dan, chokes and dies.

The next day, Ravi tells Clive and Liv about the Truthers meeting. They arrive at the crime scene of the D&D murder.

Back at the morgue, Ravi and Liv tell Clive that Dan was poisoned. Liv eats Dan's brains.

Liv arrives to interrogate the other D&D players with Clive. Liv begins to narrate the whole affair. Clive asks the first suspect, Steve, about Dan's wealth, while Liv focuses on the game that the group was playing. She learns that the week before, everyone's characters had been killed by poison - the same way Dan died the following week. Liv rolls a die and gets a vision - of the other players upset at Dan about their characters dying.

Don E's sidekick explains to Blaine and Don E how much he liked being on the super potent brain. Don E stays behind and eats a piece of it.

Ravi comes home to find Major reading through his Chaos Killer hate mail. Major finds one in particular from a girl - with her phone number and a photo.

Peyton interviews the therapist of the dominatrix's killer. She explains that he never would've spent money on a dominatrix, because his wife wouldn't have approved of it.

Clive and Liv visit a comic book store that Zoe, another one of Dan's players, works at. Liv gets a vision of Dan and Zoe sleeping together, and she asks Zoe about it. She explains that it could have made the other players jealous.

Clive and Liv interview the remaining players, and determine that they all have crushes on her. Clive wants to do further research, and Liv suggests that they do so by playing a round of D&D.

Liv leads the game, which Peyton, Clive, Ravi, and Major are playing. The four of them come up with their characters, and Liv begins to narrate their adventure. Peyton quickly attempts to kill her character off, but Ravi helps her survive.

Hours later, Liv is finally triggered to another vision - of a secret door in Dan's apartment.

The next day, Clive and Liv find the secret door. In the secret room is a computer - connected to a Russian power plant's scematics.

They interview Zoe, who says that she knew about it beforehand. An FBI agent barges in and says that the crime is now in their division. The agent mentions that Dale Bozzio - Clive's former partner and ex - is on the case, and Clive runs outside to find her. He tells her that he still has feelings for her, but she turns him down and leaves.

Liv eats one of the brain tubes, so she can be mellowed out for her date with Justin. He arrives, and they head to Baracus' fundraiser.

Don E experiences an intense vision of WWII, because he ate too much of the super potent brain.

Liv arrives at the fundraiser. She runs into Chase Graves, the new head of FG. He criticizes her for taking too long on solving Wally's family's murder.

Peyton pulls Baracus aside and expresses her uncertainty about the dominatrix case. He tells her to drop it and walks away. She tells Liv about this, and Liv reveals that Baracus was one of the dominatrix's case.

Harley Johns and the other truthers visit Ravi at the ME's office. They reveal that they've already kidnapped a zombie - Don E.

Major flips through the channels on the TV, depressed.

Liv and Justin talk about Chase Graves. Suddenly, a shooter aims at Baracus from the balcony. Liv rushes to Baracus' aid, before he turns into a rabid zombie.

Major meets with the girl who sent him the Chaos Killer.

Blaine muses about Baracus taking the bullet, while throwing pieces of brain to his father in the well below.

Mr. Boss returns to Seattle, gun in hand, and says that he's ready to settle some debts.
