What's more powerful: five Justice League members, or one hero with the power of five Justice League members?

You'll notice the hero has the cape and cowl (and presumably the intelligence and gadgets) of Batman, Cyborg's robotic head and arm, Aquaman's trident, Wonder Woman's shield and lasso of truth, and the Flash's pants and boots, presumably for running at super speed.
The idea of merging heroes together has actually been explored in DC Comics stories in the past. The Composite Superman was capable of using the powers of Superman, Supergirl, and several members of the Legion of Super-Heroes and had the appearance of Superman and Batman being merged at the middle. Amazo was an incredibly advanced android that could emulate the powers of any metahuman he came into contact with.
