Wonder Woman is the heart and soul of the Justice League, and her newest Origins style trailer shows fans why.

The new trailer gives fans a quick run-through of the Amazon warrior's history and impressive list of abilities. Super strength, speed, and agility are all part of her repertoire, and she counts the lasso of Hestia as one of her many weapons.

While her physical abilities are remarkable, her strategic mind and compassion are what really set her apart from her other superhero compatriots.

Wonder Woman has been a crucial member of the Justice League for some time and is one of the DC's iconic trinity. Fans found out why in this summer's Wonder Woman solo outing, and fans will see how important she is to the future of this universe when Justice League hits later this year.

You can view the new trailer in the video above.

It's Wonder Woman and Batman who put together the League after the death of Superman, but their presence goes beyond just being founders. For Diana, it will mean becoming the stabilizing presence in a group full of metahumans who aren't really superheroes, at least not yet.

"For me it was important that she be the glue of the team," Gadot told DC All Access. "I think that one of the special and beautiful things about Diana is that she cares for people in the most sincere way. So in her scenes, I made sure that she would make every one of them feel stronger, loved and capable. The story in Justice League is far bigger than Diana; it's about the entire League."

That sincerity is part of the reason that Batman has even come out of his shell, at least a little bit. The character is used to skulking in the shadows, and while he won't be ditching the dark knight title anytime soon, at least she brought him just a smidge into the light.

Fans can see the entire team in action when Justice League hits theaters on November 17.
