New Call Of Duty: Infinite Warfare Weapons Found

There are seven new weapons that were found to exist in Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare after the files for the weapons were located during a data mine.

The data miner, who goes by the handle of MrJaRni, posted videos that detailed his experiences with the supposedly new weapons via his YouTube account. The player has a history of using his account to post information about unreleased weapons and features in games with a particular focus on the Call of Duty series.

Not long after the videos were posted, the information of the leak made the rounds on Reddit where it began picking up more traction. Readers began speculating as to what the exact names of the guns would be since they are currently listed as shortened names, sometimes using placeholders of other weapons.

In his videos' accounts, he commented on how each weapon felt and how finished they seemed to be. The seven weapons and their descriptions, listed below and taken from MrJarNi's video, span several different weapon classes:

1. Model 2187 - aka 1887 which have now been updated 90%, this includes animations, attachments all working fine. Just needs camo functions. Range is inconsistent even with rifled. Feels like the model 1887s after patch MW2.
2. BARRET 50CAL - is done 75% needs more detail, animation fix and few other changes. Its bolt every shot you have to reload.
3. GAUSS - this is a very interesting LMG. it is a semi auto LMG. But appears with the name volk, So LMG/AR/SNIPER combo? Interesting thing is each bullet can be charged. Meaning the long you hold fire, the stronger the bullet damage. You can one shot kill enemies from across the map.
4. LONGSHOT - this seems to be a sniper shotgun hybrid? The loadout icon is of a sniper but in game you get a sniper acting like a shotgun. It says rack-9 in game. Also the ground viewmodel is a rack-9. It reminds me if the USAS 12 from MW3.
5. USNALMG - Burst fire LMG! It also auto generates ammo and has a unique grenade launcher. At the moment it has a current in game weapon as a placeholder.
6. TACBURST - Another burst weapon which also has a unique grenade launcher attached. Has the OSA as a placeholder
7. MAG - Not much info on this except it uses the hailstorm as a placeholder and is semi automatic.

Since this was a data mine and not an official announcement or release pertaining to Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare, there's no word as to when these weapons will be released into the game for everyone. Some of them, such as the sleek-looking Model 2187 that just oozes nostalgia, certainly look promising though, so we can only hope that it will be soon.
