A lot of people have already gone and pre-ordered their copy of Call of Duty: WWII, but we know that a few of you have been waiting for a better offer to come along before putting down your money on the highly anticipated new entry in the series. Well, good news, that time has come.
Activision has announced a new pre-order program for WWII that will actually provide you benefits in other game while you’re waiting for that one to arrive in November.
Along with the already promised private beta access that should kick off in just a few weeks, and the Divisions Pack for multiplayer, Activision is also throwing in 500 CoD points, which can be used in Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare, as well as another 500 CoD points for use in Call of Duty: Black Ops III. All you pretty much need to do is pre-order the game digitally for the platform that you have those other games on, be it Xbox One, PlayStation 4 or PC.
You’ll be able to see these points in your CP after the pre-order is complete, as the points should appear automatically.
The publisher has noted that this is a limited time deal, as it’s only available through August 7, 2017. The fine print can be found below:
“Pre-Order any Digital Edition of Call of Duty: WWII by August 7, 2017 at participating retailers and get access to 500 CP in Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare and 500 CP in Call of Duty Black Ops III. Offer must be redeemed in each game by August 7, 2017. Offer contents and availability may vary by region and are subject to change. Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare game required to redeem 500 CP associated with Infinite Warfare Call of Duty: Black Ops III game required to redeem 500 CP associated with Black Ops III.”
So there you have it. You get a nice little incentive for other games that you have in your library while you’re waiting to add a new one. It’s a pretty cool deal.
Call of Duty: WWII will release on November 3rd for Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC. Obviously, you should get a pre-order in on that.
