League Of Legends PBE Brings Omega Squad Skins, Urgot Stats, And Udyr Changes
With League of Legends' Patch 7.14 up and going and buffs/nerfs already being discussed, the PBE [...]
Omega Squad Skins
Teemo won't be the only Yordle with an Omega Squad skin soon as Veigar, Tristana, Twitch, and Fizz receive their own version of the look, each of which being available for 1350 RP upon release. Each of these skins as well as Teemo's Omega Squad skin will also come with a selection of Chromas, Tristana receiving five as opposed to the other champions' three Chromas.
If you already own Teemo's skin, you'll notice that he has some quotes that imply that the other members of his team are gone and that he's the last man standing. In all of the splash arts for these new skins that are seen above and below, you'll notice that Teemo can be spotted in each of them, usually covering himself from danger while the others do their jobs. Some players have already speculated that the distressed look around the edges of the splashes make them look like old photographs, an idea that implies these four were the champions Teemo speaks of in his quotes.
Udyr
Udyr is one jungler who's being looked at in the PBE right now in a big way, much more than just a tweak of an ability or two. Three of his abilities are currently being buffed in addition to new effects being added. Below is the full list of changes being tested as gathered by Surrender@20:
- Base movement speed increased from 345 to 355
- Inner Beast (P) reworked - "When Udyr changes stances during combat, he gains 4% attack speed, 4% cooldown reduction, and 6% base attack damage for 7 seconds (effect stacks up to 5 times)"
- Tiger Stance (Q):
- Attack speed duration increased from 5 to 6 seconds.
- DOT Damge changed from [30-150 + (120%-160% total AD)] to [78/126/174/222/270 (+90% bonus AD]

- [new effect] DoT deals +6% damage for each Inner Beast (Passive) stack Udyr has at time of application.

- [new effect] Fire cone deals +6% damage for each Inner Beast stack Udyr has.
Dr. Mundo
Dr. Mundo has been in a tough spot for awhile now being picked far less often in favor of tanks that bring more to the game. Mundo can be a strong damage sponge and can put the hurt on tanks thanks to his cleavers, but he just doesn't offer viable reasons to pick him over other tanks, especially when his healing identity can be shut down with an Executioner's Calling.
While the current changes to Mundo that are being tested won't be causing him to jump up to a pick/ban status anytime soon, he's at least being looked at for changes.
- Burning Agony (W)
- Cost lowered from 10 health per second to none.
- [New effect] Now deals 15/20/25/30/35 (+10% AP) magic to himself every second.
- Masochism (E)
- Cost lowered from 25 health to none.
- [New Effect]
- Passive: When Dr. Mundo suffers magic damage, his magic resist is increased by 2% for 2 seconds, up to a maximum of 6/12/18/24/30%
- [Slightly reworked effect]
-
Active: Dr Mundo's next basic attack will headbutt the enemy, dealing an additional x physical damage (3% of maximum health) at the cost of 25 health from Dr. Mundo.
Upon activation, Dr. Mundo gains up to 60/100/140/180/220 attack damage (no less than 30/50/70/90/110) based on his missing health.

- If the target falls below 25% health while impaled, Urgot may recast the ability, lashing out with chains that suppress the target and drag them in for execution. This will happen automatically if the target is below the health threshold at the end of the effect.
- If Urgot successfully executes an enemy, he fears all nearby enemies for 1.5 seconds.
- The target's movement speed decreases based on their missing health.
Urgot cannot take other action while executing a target, and his death will end the event
