Singed was long overdue for a new passive, and his new one that's been added with the most recent patch, Noxious Slipstream, fits his playstyle extremely well. It allows him to dip in and out of champions with ease as he dodges attacks and laughs maniacally, but with any new feature that's added, there's a couple of bugs that occur that can be quite unique at times and even sometimes downright frustrating.

One of the first bugs that was noticed with Singed's passive is that it prevents him from undoing purchases in the store if someone triggers it while he's dead. By walking by a dead Singed, it'll trigger his passive and act as though he's done damage to someone post-death, something that restricts item refunds as intended. Many players were convinced this must simply be Singed's poison causing damage to enemies instead of a passive bug, but the glitch was confirmed by a Riot Games playtester to be one that's fixed in the upcoming patch.

"This actually seems to be working as intended - You can't undo your items if you've dealt damage, and Singed typically does damage after his death due to his Q," the playtester explained initially. "I tested it in-game with his poison off I wasn't able to [reproduce], so might just be a case of Singed suffering a little due to the rules of the undue button."

The playtester later edited the initial comment, saying that the circumstances couldn't be reproduced because it's actually already been fixed in the upcoming patch that'll roll out soon.

Another bug that was also found comes from a curious interaction with Mordekaiser's ghost. Morde is no stranger to bugs, so it shouldn't be a surprised that he's involved here, but his bug is entertaining to watch, even if it does make Singed unfairly, insanely fast. Similar events have been reported when there's more than one Singed in-game, so this may be an issue of Singed vs. Singed as opposed to Morde's ghost. The bug, seen here, makes it so that Singed's passive has no cooldown when he's next to Morde's ghost. There's no word on whether this bug has been looked at yet, but with reports of it gaining traction, it'll likely get looked at within the next patch or so.
