Rainbow Six Siege has given players their first look at one of the new operators that'll soon be available in-game through a brief teaser video.

Posted by the Tom Clancy game's official Facebook page, the short clip shows some of the capabilities of one of three new operators, the first officially revealed character being Ying. The preview from the Rainbow Six Siege account can be seen below:

From the little information that's recently been released about Ying, we know that she's one of two operators from the upcoming Operation Blood Orchid DLC that hails from Hong Kong. As far as weapons are concerned, Ying comes outfitted with the SIX12 and T-95 LSW to use as her primary weapons, but she also uses the Q-929 as a secondary weapon.

Ying and another upcoming operator from Hong Kong have also been revealed to belong to the Special Duties Unit, also known as the Flying Tigers.

But her special ability is the focal point of the video, and unfortunately, the clip ends just before we get to see it in action. In the video, Ying rolls a decent-sized ball under a gap between a door and the ground, but that's all we get to see.

Thankfully, a previous leak related to the upcoming Operation Blood Orchid content gives players a better idea about what the move might include. According to the previous leak, the ability seems to involve a cluster of flash charges that can either be fixed to a wall or rolled out as a grenade. From that description and what is seen in Ying's preview video, it seems that the leak will hold true when the DLC is officially released.

If the location the Ying was previewed in seems new to you as well, that's because the amusement park area is also part of the Operation Blood Orchid DLC content. The new map is called Theme Park, an abandoned location that's apparently being used as a base of operations for a criminal organization.

The Operation Blood Orchid DLC is scheduled to be released on Aug. 29 to season pass owners first, and more info on the content will be revealed soon during Gamescom.
