Injustice 2: Here Are The Three Fighters We'll Likely See This Week
The suspense is just about over, as we’ll find out what fighters will be coming next in [...]
Black Manta
This character is pretty much a lock, mainly because he was already accidentally revealed by the Xbox store. Last month, the company accidentally ran an advertisement noting that you can play as Black Manta in Injustice 2. It's since been taken down, but we've also seen other bits and pieces of info indicating that the aquatic baddie is making his way to the game. So it's pretty apparent that Aquaman – along with the rest of the fighters in the game – will have their hands full with this character. Now the only question is, will his ultra move be even more bad-ass than Aquaman's?

Another character that is looking very likely to make his Injustice 2 debut soon is this pint-sized hero, who no doubt has been busy over the past few years. The reason for this is because of a tease from Boon himself, who previously retweeted a piece of artwork from Alex Ross of a picture of the Atom. On top of that, this previous article, hinting at other characters to be introduced to the Injustice world, also hinted that a small-ish hero would be entering the mix, and the Atom certainly fits the bill. Now the only question is, will he be able to kick ass in shrunken down form like he will at regular size? Hmmmm…

This character can be a bit of a longshot when it comes to our guesses, mainly because Boon promised something special that would throw Injustice fans for a loop. But that could come with the third DLC pack for the game, and Wildcat seems like a safe bet for addition to the game, mainly because he's managed to pop up in Injustice 2 comics lately. Plus, on top of that, his encounters with Batman – along with the rest of the cast – will no doubt be epic, based upon his versatile strength and agile moves. Hell, he could probably give Cheetah a run for her money – we'd be down to watch that fight.
Injustice 2 is available now for Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
