Hot on the heels of the announcement of the fourth (and probably final) map pack, Activision has released a new trailer that features the four maps that will be included in the forthcoming Retribution DLC for Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare.

As you can see from the trailer, which is posted above, things get pretty, ahem, toasty in a hurry, as you'll deal with a number of explosive scenarios, including riding a train across certain sections in Depot 22, and activating burners in the Carnage map. (Well, the Burninator – no doubt a shout out to Strong Bad.)

For those of you that need a reminder of the four maps that will be included in the game, here's the rundown:

  • Carnage – A post-apocalyptic race track along the California coast, Carnage features long sightlines and environmental hazards including a fire trap players can activate on command to roast their enemies.
  • Heartland – In Heartland, teams will go head-to-head in a simulation of small town America that is a re-imagining of the classic Call of Duty: Ghosts map, Warhawk. Players can pop into the local ice cream shop for a treat, and then take out enemies down the street with a Black Hole Generator.
  • Altitude – Set in a high-end, sky high shopping mall located on the edges of the universe, Altitude pushes teams around a chaotic center where quick flank routes are key to victory. Additional features include floating lush waterfalls that border the map.
  • Depot 22 – Depot 22 is a watering hole at the end of civilization that focuses on mid-ranged encounters waged in a medium-sized, three-lane map. Players can battle in the cantina for close-quarter combat or engage with enemies wall-running off of a moving train.

Oddly enough, however, the trailer didn't include mention of the Zombies mode that will be included with the game, The Beast From Beyond, which looks to take the action into outer space. More than likely, Activision is prepping a special trailer just for that mode, so we can get into the crazy action as only director Willard Wyler can deliver. Hey, we're just hoping David Hasselhoff makes a return.

Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare's Retribution pack drops on September 12th for PlayStation 4, and a later time for Xbox One and PC. The map pack will set you back $14.99, or you can download it as part of the season pass.

Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare is available now for Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC.
