In case you might have missed the news, the latest Marvel vs. Capcom game has made its way to store shelves, and Infinite has a lot to offer, with a loaded roster of Marvel and Capcom superstars, a super fighting system that beginners and experts can get into, and a fun story mode that intertwines the whole cast into a series of great moments.

We thoroughly enjoyed the game, but just in case you need further convincing that this game is a lot more fun than some fans may indicate, Capcom has released a new launch trailer that teases some of the moments from Story Mode, indicating that you're gonna be taken for a ride. Again.

In the trailer, we see a lot of these moments, including Iron Man and Bionic Commando's Nathan Spencer teaming up as a number of Sigma Ultron's rogues show up to crash the party; a run-in between Darkstalkers' Morrigan and the Ghost Rider on a distant planet that includes a little flirting (on her end – certainly not his); and even a team-up of Resident Evil's Chris Redfield and the amazing Spider-Man as they come across something "ugly" in an underground facility – in this case, Dead Rising's Frank West.

There's also some other stuff towards the end of the trailer, including a tease of the final boss that will be awaiting if you get through all the challenges, as well as appearances by other characters that are pivotal to the plot, including Jedah from Darkstalkers and the mighty Thanos. It all comes together for a fun experience that offers up 30 iconic heroes to choose from, along with the traditional 2 vs. 2 action and the re-introduction of the Infinity Stones, which can change the course of the battle in the blink of an eye.

The game will also get some new faces in the roster before the year's out, mixing up the roster even further and giving fighting fans something to go nuts about – as if they didn't have enough to go on already.

Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite is available now for Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC.
