Sledgehammer Games recently shared some details on Call of Duty: WWII that compared the length of its campaign to past games along with a fresh, new look at the game's zombies.

While multiplayer is the component that most Call of Duty have high expectations for with each new installment in the series, the single-player component portion of the games continue to run strong. Some players even choose to buy the games mostly for their cinematic, narrative-driven gameplay, and those that plan on doing the same for Call of Duty: WWII will be happy to hear that it'll be a decent length, perhaps with a longer story length than previous games.

Glen Schofield, the studio head of Sledgehammer Games, shared via Twitter that the upcoming Call of Duty game should be at least as long as Advanced Warfare, perhaps even boasting a bit more depending on how well you do. If you choose to up the difficulty, you'll certainly be taking a bit longer to complete your campaign, according to Schofield.

Along with the campaign details, Schofield also took to Twitter once again to share some grotesque new images of the zombies in Call of Duty: WWII. The zombies have been teased several times throughout the previews for the next game with more ghoulish screenshots being released through official releases and through Twiter, and after Schofield's tweets, we've got three more to check out.

Call of Duty: WWII releases on Nov. 3 for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and the PC.
