New Xenoblade Chronicles 2 Footage Revealed

Nintendo showed off brand new Xenoblade Chronicles 2 footage recently allowing fans of the franchise to get a closer look at the expansive world within the latest title, as well as a sneak peek into the combat styles.

The latest video showcases gorgeous environmentals that players will be able to experience soon, with beautiful landscapes to explore, full of vibrant colour and plenty of challenges. The video below also gives an up close look at how the combat will work, similar to that of previous titles.

The footage above comes from the Milan Games Week conference and is pretty lengthy, but the Xenoblade inside look begins around the 4:30:00 mark.

According to the official description of Xenoblade Chronicles 2:

"Lost in a sea of clouds, entire civilizations rest on the backs of Titans. As the giant beasts march toward death, the last hope is a scavenger named Rex—and Pyra, a living weapon known as a Blade. Can you find the fabled paradise she calls home? Command a group of Blades and lead them to countless strategic victories before the world ends.
