"Sanic" Is Taking Over Legend of Zelda Breath Of The Wild With Latest Mod

There are some pretty hilarious mods available on the PC emulator for Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. Case and point? Epona chugging in as Thomas the Tank Engine like they're the baddest thing in Hyrule during a face off against Shrek. Or how about adventuring as Woody from Toy Story? It's pretty much the best thing ever for a more humorous edge to the otherwise stunning game. Now the meme-worthy play experience is taking off once more, this time - as "Sanic".

The meme turned legend is back and ready to restore Hyrule to its glory with his weirdly limbed perfection. Sanic's gotta go fast and fast he shall go in the latest Mod for the Breath of the Wild emulation. This particular inclusion comes courtesy of one modder known as Hefty and he brings the janky blue hero into the long list of random mods that can be found in the latest Legend of Zelda title. You can even play as CJ from Grand Theft Auto, because why not?

For those unfamiliar with "Sanic", he's the very hilariously drawn prototype for how to draw Sonic the Hedgehog. Of course it went horribly wrong and it wouldn't be the internet if we didn't ruthlessly make fun of it and run the joke into the ground.
