There are a lot of reasons to be excited for the upcoming Far Cry 5 title. Arguably the least Far Cry-like game in the entire franchise, the nutty doomsday cult led by a Tom Cruise wannabe, the nut-grabbing side quests, and the completely open-world to explore - all of this and more add up to one very intriguing game. And can't forget about Boomer, the adorable puppy companion that is a great ally to have and definitely earns the 'Best Boy' title by a landslide.

The latest trailer, seen above, shows off a compilation of all the "guns for hire" in the upcoming shooter and ... yeah, they had us at Boomer.

Each character offers a unique set of abilities that are useful when taking on the infamous cult. From the scout, to the Pyromaniac - and yes, even the Scout found in Boomer. It's a fantastic way to look at how in-depth the decision making mechanics will work within Far Cry 5, while also showing off the diversity in skills available to players.

Far Cry 5 is slated for a March 27th release for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC! For more about the game:
