Russo Brothers React to Captain America: Winter Soldier Honest Trailer

The writers/directors of Captain America: Winter Soldier, Civil War, and the upcoming Avengers: Infinity War two-parter, the Russo Brothers, have talked in the past about trying to "Honest Trailers-proof" their movies. "You'd be shocked to know how often that came up," they told Screen Junkies.

Oh yeah, Screen Junkies? The guys who make the Honest Trailers. In these trailer parodies, the Screen Junkies team makes fun of movies, mostly with a sense of love in there. The Russo Brothers stopped by their studio ahead of Captain America: Civil War to look back at Winter Soldier and its Honest Trailer.

The directors have a great conversation about the movie, and go through the comedic piece bit by bit in probably the most... wait for it... honest (had to) discussion you'll ever see of a film by directors of their own film.

It's a blast, it's funny, and it's a rare peek into the minds who are pretty much shaping the future of Marvel Cinematic Universe.
