When playing a powerful mutant in the X-Men universe with a provocative costume that requires two women and a bottle of lube to squeeze into, it never hurts to get your body as fit as possible.

Aside from exercising more frequently for her Psylocke role in X-Men: Apocalypse, Olivia Munn dramatically changed her diet to be healthier.

"My intention was to just get as fit and as healthy as I could be, for myself," Munn told Women's Health. "By the time I was finished [filming], I was 12 pounds less than I started!...It's a big difference because I started working out every single day, and then I also started getting into eating 20-80, where 80 percent of your diet is fruits and vegetables and 20 percent is whatever."

Following the critically acclaimed global smash hit X-Men: Days of Future Past, director Bryan Singer returns with X-MEN: APOCALYPSE. Since the dawn of civilization, he was worshipped as a god. Apocalypse, the first and most powerful mutant from Marvel's X-Men universe, amassed the powers of many other mutants, becoming immortal and invincible. Upon awakening after thousands of years, he is disillusioned with the world as he finds it and recruits a team of powerful mutants, including a disheartened Magneto (Michael Fassbender), to cleanse mankind and create a new world order, over which he will reign. As the fate of the Earth hangs in the balance, Raven (Jennifer Lawrence) with the help of Professor X (James McAvoy) must lead a team of young X-Men to stop their greatest nemesis and save mankind from complete destruction.

The cast features James McAvoy, Michael Fassbender, Jennifer Lawrence, Oscar Isaac, Nicholas Hoult, Rose Byrne, Tye Sheridan, Sophie Turner, Olivia Munn, Lucas Till, Evan Peters, Kodi Smit-McPhee, Alexandra Shipp, Josh Helman, Lana Condor, and Ben Hardy.

The film is directed by Bryan Singer, based on a story by Singer, Simon Kinberg, Michael Dougherty and Dan Harris. The script was penned by Kinberg.

X-MEN: APOCALYPSE will land in theaters on May 27, 2016.
