Getting built for superhero films is serious business and Evangeline Lilly has previously shared how hard she's working to get jacked up for Ant-Man and the Wasp. Now, she's taken to Twitter to share a new workout picture revealing it's not just arm day that's going well for Lilly but her abs are on point as well.

In the photo Lilly, who is set to reprise her role as Hope van Dyne in the upcoming sequel to Ant-Man, shares an action shot of her workout as she gets ready to knock out a punching dummy she refers to as "Bob." While her arms are no doubt muscled and strong enough to knock Bob out, it's the look at Lilly's serious six-pack that shows just how hard the actress has been working to prepare for her turn as Wasp.

Being swole wasn't much of a requirement for Lilly's turn in the first Ant-Man movie. In that film, she spent most of her time in business wear but is expected to take her own superhero turn with Paul Rudd's Scott Lang. The upcoming movie will also feature Michael Douglas as Hope's father Hank Pym and Michelle Pfeifer is joining the cast as Hope's mom and one of the original Marvel Comics' Avengers, Janet van Dyne.

Between getting two generations of Wasp in one movie and Lilly clearly getting bad guy beatdown ready, we're seriously looking forward to the upcoming film.

From the Marvel Cinematic Universe comes a new chapter featuring heroes with the astonishing ability to shrink: Ant-Man and The Wasp. In the aftermath of Captain America: Civil War, Scott Lang (Rudd) grapples with the consequences of his choices as both a Super Hero and a father. As he struggles to balance his home life with his responsibilities as Ant-Man, he's confronted by Hope van Dyne (Lilly) and Dr. Hank Pym (Douglas) with an urgent new mission. Scott must once again put on the suit and learn to fight alongside The Wasp as the team works together to uncover secrets from their past.

Ant-Man and The Wasp hits theaters on July 6, 2018.
