In celebration of Thorsday and in anticipation of Thor: Ragnarok, Marvel released a new teaser trailer for the upcoming film complete with a major change from the trailers released before it.

In the first trailers for Thor: Ragnarok, the Goddess of Death known as Hela played by Cate Blanchett is seen destroying Thor's Mjolnir hammer with her bare hand. Thor launches it her way, she catches it, and it crumbles to little pieces on the ground with her impressive power set. Previously, the moment was seen taking place on what looked like New York City streets.

In the new trailer for Thor: Ragnarok, it doesn't appear Hela will be making a journey to Earth as Loki and Thor will in search of Odin. Instead, the moment takes place in a vacant green field.

Check out the latest version of the scene in the teaser from Marvel below.

It is hard to tell where Hela is in the new version of the scene which sees her destroying Mjolnir. It's not impossible the scene is playing out in more than one place at the same time or the characters are traveling through dimensions to various locations as it plays out.

During ComicBook.com's visit to the set of Thor: Ragnarok, it was revealed Thor and Loki's search for Odin, who had been keeping threats such as Hela at bay, would bring them to New York City where they will meet Doctor Strange.

Whether or not Hela will actually follow them will be seen when Thor: Ragnarok hits theaters on November 3, 2017.
