'Agents Of SHIELD' Season 5 Episode 3: A Life Spent Sneak Peek Released

A new sneak peek at this week's episode of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. is now online, and you can watch it above!

Titled "A Life Spent", this clip from the episode sees Daisy trying to navigate her way around the Kree outpost, while the team's new acquaintance, Deke (Jeff Ward), tries to stop her from bringing down the Kree's wrath on all the humans at the outpost. At the end of the exchange, Daisy uses her powers on Deke, prompting him to bring up that whole "Quake, Destroyer of Worlds" reference again. Needless to say, Daisy's not happy with the reference.

So far, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. season 5 has successfully transported the show's style and tone to the setting of outer space - though there's already been some slight drag with the whole "outpost politics" angle of the story. It's hard to care too much about the larger socio-politics of the outpost, when there still so much mystery about what enemy is after them, what larger destiny Coulson is a part of, and what the hell happened to result in Earth's destruction.

...There's also the larger question of if / how this all ties to Avengers: Infinity War.
