One of Hollywood's worst kept secrets is that Chris Evans is adorable.

The Marvel Studios star might stand for Truth, Justice, and the Captain American Way on screen, but he's known for being a lovable actor who seems genuine even when doing obligatory and exhausting press appearances. It's also very common for Evans to crack up in these events, often placing a hand over the left side of his chest when he does.

Captain Marvel's Brie Larson seemed to notice this as well, and while she might just be genuinely enjoying her time with one of the fine servicemen of the Nellis Air Force Base in Nevada, it's likely that she's just teasing her fellow Marvel actor.

Brie Larson is already working on the perfect laugh to beat Chris Evans. from marvelstudios

A Reddit user noticed the photo of Larson and an Air Force enlistee, making the obvious comparison to the joyous Chris Evans.

Please don't worry, Chris. We think you're wonderful, despite the low-hanging fruit you provide to your potential cast mates.

Larson was visiting the Air Force base in Las Vegas recently, seemingly in preparation for her role as Colonel Carol Danvers in the upcoming Captain Marvel movie, due out next year. As filming starts to get underway on the movie, it's unclear just why she made the rounds at this point in time. Research or just a bit of outreach? Who cares! We now have photos of her making fun of Chris Evans!

Other than the round of ribbing, Larson also posed with many other enlistees for selfies and even signed a copy of Captain Marvel #1 by writers Tara Butters and Michele Fazekas, line artist Kris Anka, and color artist Matt Wilson.

While we patiently wait for the new Marvel Studios actor to appear on screen in a movie, we can't help but think of the awesome potential of Larson doing the press rounds with Evans or any of the other hilarious actors involved with the House of Ideas.

Press tours for Marvel Studios movies are always hilarious, whether it's Tom Holland getting clowned on by Anthony Mackie and Sebastian Stan, or Mark Ruffalo accidentally streaming the premiere of a movie. We just hope Captains Marvel and America get paired for the untitled Avengers sequel movie, and maybe someone will broach the awkward subject of Larson's parody.

Avengers: Infinity War premieres May 4th.
