Much speculation has been had on the next Avengers film, Avengers: Infinity War. But as filming wraps up and post production begins on that film - the speculation has already moved to the films followup. Now mind you, there's no trailer, no actual casting info but these are questions that of course will be asked. Earlier this week Josh Brolin, who plays Thanos was asked by Good Morning America if he knew anything about his character getting more infinity stones. Brolin, didn't elaborate on the stones but he did tell a great deal about what he doesn't know.

Josh Brolin: There's a few in there - and he's always pining to get a few in there. So ultimately, we don't know - I haven't done the second movie, so I don't know. I literally don't know what the second script is. I don't know if they've finished the second script. And that's the truth. I don't know, I think that they're in the midst of, you know structuring and restructuring.

GMA: What do you want to see happen?

Josh Brolin: Well, dude, whatever they come up with you're talking about nine guys - they're true fans of Marvel and all the comic books and they take off to Palm Springs and they have a BBQ over ten days, or nine days and they sit there and they geek out. And they come up and they go like "What if Thanos did this thing with this and he threw a planet at somebody" and they go, "yeah, let's write that down!" And then they have obviously the monetary means to be able to manifest it. So they can do - they can make any fantasy come true, and those are the guys to do it because they're true fans.

Avengers: Infinity War is due in theaters May 4th, 2018. Currently Infinity War sits atop our "Best-Rated Before Release list and has an anticipation rating of 4.35 or of 5.

The Avengers must assemble once again to face the mad Titan leader Thanos and his powerful infinity Gauntlet.
