While plenty of people use Halloween as an excuse to transform into something new, Ming-Na Wen used the holiday to revisit one of her most popular roles.

The Agents of SHILED actress spent Tuesday dressed in a hoodie inspired by Street Fighter's Chun-Li. As fans of the franchise will remember, Wen played the role in the 1994 live-action film. Wen joked about the costume in an Instagram post, asking if it's both "cosplay and work."

In another post, Wen also referenced her role as the title character in Mulan. She posed for a photo with SHIELD crew member Stephanie Gee, who was dressed as the film's Matchmaker.

While the live-action Street Fighter might not be the best adaptation, it has since gravitated into "so bad, it's good" territory. Talks of a reboot have floated around for quite some time, and Wen is hopeful that it will get the property right.

"I don't know, they tried," Wen said at a convention earlier this year. "I don't know how well the [young Chun-Li] revival one did. I mean, I'm sure they'll try to reboot it again, because I think the game is still pretty popular. You know, the [Street Fighter] game. I hope they do it right."

Marvel's Agents of SHIELD will return on December 1st, following the conclusion of Marvel's Inhumans.
