People have been terrified of the mythical yetis for thousands of years. Did you ever think that maybe they've been just as scared of us?

Smallfoot, the new animated movie from Warner Bros., will attempt to solve that very puzzle, and the studio has enlisted Channing Tatum's help to do it.

Tatum stars in the movie as Migo, a yeti who is fairly prominent in his clan. He spends most of the trailer telling the young yetis about the legend of Smallfoot, a horrifying mythical being that no one has ever seen, and many don't believe is real. As he describes Smallfoot, it's clear that he's talking about human beings.

James Corden co-stars in the film as the Smallfoot himself, a climber who ends up crossing paths with Migo. It's clear by the trailer that the two are equally scared of one another.

Tatum and Corden lead an all-star cast that includes Zendaya, Common, Lebron James, Gina Rodriquez, Danny DeVito, Yara Shahidi, Ely Henry and Jimmy Tatro.

Directed by Karey Kirkpatrick (Over the Hedge), Smallfoot hits theaters on September 28, 2018.
