Oscar-winning actress Jessica Chastain has been vocal on Twitter about her political beliefs, so when the Affordable Care Act on its way out the door, she shared her frustrations about the decision with her fans.

Regardless of whether or not you share her sentiments, it was clearly an idea she feels strongly about and shared with people who actively choose to read her tweets online. The platform isn't always the most effective way to engage in intelligent discourse about heavy issues, something that Milwaukee Brewers pitcher Matt Garza gave a masterclass in when he chose to engage the actress.

Considering Garza has six kids of his own, many Twitter users couldn't refrain but imply he should take his own advice about abstinence, and those were some of the nicer words thrown his way after he attempted to tell women the best things they should do for their bodies.

Hopefully, this is a lesson for Garza to think twice before telling women what they should do with their bodies, focus on throwing a ball really fast, and learn how to spell the phrase "just saying" correctly.
