If you own a dog, you can grow to resent the canine companion when they have to go outside in terrible weather, forcing you to bundle up to face the cold, rain, and snow. If you're Courtney Stodden, however, you merely get to take someone else's dog, take your shirt off, and go for a stroll through Central Park if you need to remind people you're single.

Having been couped up in the cold all winter, 22-year-old Stodden didn't seem at all fazed by New York's 55-degree temperatures, even seemed to revel in the slight heatwave. The actress, who recently split from husband Doug Hutchison, was not a sight that could be missed in a see-through bra and massive platform heels.

The cold temperatures and sheer top gave onlookers quite a show as she took a seat on a park bench to give the pup a smooch. A fur coat mysteriously manifested but, contrary to what common sense would tell most to do, she didn't wear it, but instead sat on it.

Stodden is no stranger to causing a scene, as her marriage to 56-year-old Hutchison had always been hotly debated. As if the age difference wasn't enough, the romance started when a 16-year-old Stodden signed up for acting classes with Hutchison, eventually leading to marriage.
