Darth Maul Actor Ray Park, Peter Mayhew, More Confirmed for Star Wars Celebration

The Star Wars Celebration Orlando autograph hall is going to be packed full of fan-favorites and legends, with opportunities for convention goers to meet many of the actors who bring larger-than-life characters to the big and small screen. In an announcement on StarWars.com, several new actors were confirmed for the convention.

The marquee actors in the announcement include Ray Park, who played Darth Maul in Star Wars: The Phantom Menace, Peter Mayhew, the man behind the mask of Chewbacca in the original trilogy and beyond, and Daniel Logan, who played the young Boba Fett in Star Wars: Attack of the Clones and reprised the role with his voice in Star Wars: The Clone Wars. Actors from animation and live action, and behind-the-scenes performers will also be attending.

From the site: "In addition, several other Star Wars actors and creators will be on-hand to meet fans, including: Taylor Gray (Ezra Bridger, Star Wars Rebels), Brian Herring (BB-8 puppeteer, Star Wars: The Force Awakens), Angus MacInnes (Dutch "Gold Leader" Vander, Star Wars: A New Hope and Rogue One: A Star Wars Story), Clive Revill (Emperor Palpatine in the original version of Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back), Tim Rose (animatronic designer and puppeteer of Admiral Ackbar in Star Wars: Return of the Jedi and Star Wars: The Force Awakens), Paul Blake (Greedo, Star Wars: A New Hope), and Jimmy Vee (R2-D2, Star Wars: The Last Jedi)."

It's interesting to see Taylor Gray from Star Wars Rebels as the only cast member listed so far - hopefully that will change as the convention from April 13-16 approaches, all the while Star Wars Rebels winds down through its season finale this month.
