LEGO’s Record Breaking Millennium Falcon Set Is Available Now

The recently announced Star Wars UCS 75192 Millennium Falcon is the biggest commercial set LEGO has ever produced with a whopping 7541 pieces. If owning it is more important to you than paying rent, I have good news. You can pre-order it now ahead of the official October 1st release date.

The trick is that only LEGO VIP Program members can pre-order early. If you aren't a member, don't fret. Joining it is a simple (and free process). You can sign up here then make sure to visit the pre-order page while logged in. VIP members should be prompted to order while non-VIP members will see the set marked as "coming soon".

According to The Brother's Brick, the set may not be available until after 7:30 am (EST presumably), but as of 8am I still don't see the set listed as being available to order - or listed as sold out. However, there is a big banner promoting the sale on the LEGO Shop homepage, so this should be happening. Interested parties might want to check back often as these sets are likely to sell out in the blink of an eye. UPDATE: Many VIP members are reporting that the set is sold out online in the US, Canada, and the UK. Apparently, some are getting an option to backorder while other VIP members never got pas the "coming soon" screen. Clearly, LEGO had some issues with the sale.
