We're only about a third of the way through The Walking Dead's off-season but Norman Reedus is ready to hype the return of AMC's hit series. While promoting his new motorcycle show, Ride with Norman Reedus, the Daryl Dixon actor has been plagued with questions about the new season. However, he continues to be excited for fans to see what's in store.

"It's mind-blowing," Reedus told ET of The Walking Dead's upcoming seventh season. "The thing about the show is it's so personal to us. There's death of friends and death of each other, and it's kind of hard to talk about, you know?"

Speaking of death, we all know that season seven is going to start with a brutal one. The season six finale concluded with Negan bashing someone's skull with his barbed wire bat whom he likes to call Lucille but we'll have to wait until October to find out who that victim was. "It will definitely be emotional," Reedus promises. "Things will be broken in their homes."

Daryl Dixon dying would be one of those things that would make fans of The Walking Dead throw their remotes across the room but season seven promises plenty moments which will do the same, even if Daryl survives. Negan and his Saviors play host to some of The Walking Dead comics' most brutal story lines and moments. Several characters are suddenly taken out without warning and heartbreaking moments cloud the war between Rick and Negan.

The Walking Dead returns for its seventh season in October. Expect to see the first trailer in July.
