The episode starts with Norman Reedus reflecting on old biker films and his admiration for the freedom they represented. The one who always stood out to him was his all-time hero, Peter Fonda.

Starting in Naples, Norman and Peter meet at one of Peter's favorite spots, Joe's Diner. Norman is having trouble believing that he's going to ride with Peter and Peter reciprocates the excitement. Norman narrates his admiration for Fonda, his work, and especially Easy Rider. The two sit and talk about when Reedus' character shot Fonda's on set of the Boondock Saints sequel.Peter shares stories from when he was younger and hung out with musicians.

Reedus will be riding a Triumph Tiger 800XC with a 799CC in-line 3 engine. He likes it for the power and torque for both on- and off-road riding. Fonda is riding a Thunderbird Storm, a classic muscle cruiser with 699CCs. They hit the road and joke about who is better on the motorcycle. They will ride from Naples to Miami then down to Key West.

They're first stop is at the nearby Tamiami Tyrant Bike Shop. They show off some custom built bikes to Fonda and Reedus before explaining how they get their name from the Tamiami Trail, a road spanning from Tampa to Miami.

On the road with the group, Fonda tells a story about riding around Europe in the fastest Sedan in the world and smoking while going 120 miles per hour on the Autobahn. They ride down near some swamps and look for some alligators with little luck. The guys from Tamiami Tyrants head back to their shop as Peter and Norman continue on their way.

In the evening, Reedus and Fonda stop at restaurant where lots of bikers fuel up called Joanie's. Reedus takes in the sights inside of wooden alligators and other colorful lights. Fonda and Reedus sit down to eat and tell each other jokes until their fried frog legs and gator bites get to the table. Joanie suggests Norman and Peter go see a photographer up the road. After eating, they set out to Lucky's to see what he is all about.

Upon arriving, the two are greeted by Lucky and his wife Maureen. He's a huge motorcycle fan and spends the rest of his time photographing women. Lucky has a huge collection of photos and bikes around his house. He tells the story of how he photographs his wife every couple of years and posts the photos on his wall. Reedus and Fonda ride out again.

The next day, the two arrive at another bike shop along the way. It used to be a sculptor studio but now the owner works on bikes here, creating one-of-a-kind, high-performing machines. The owner shows off the process of how he creates the uniquely designed bikes before offering Reedus and Fonda the opportunity to ride them. The group sets off to ride through Miami. At a red light, they swap bikes and continue riding. Before heading back, the group goes to Bruce's house to check out some of his sculptures. They go out back and eat some crab legs and discuss Bruce's passion for bikes and possibly designing one for Norman.

It's time to head for Key West, the southern most point in the continental U.S..

A clip shows off the fishing history of Key West before we see Norman and Peter riding across a bridge with nothing to see but ocean for miles. They're riding the bridges for over two hours and the sun goes down. Finally, they arrive in Key West and roll down Duval Street. They pick up some souvenirs and Norman takes some photos with fans who spot him.

The next day, Fonda and Reedus hit a cigar shop. The owner explains how it is a family business which was started by his grandfather. Norman heads to the back of the store and rolls his own cigar, being taught by Rodriguez, the manager. The cigars he made will have to sit in the cooler for a year before being ready. They head down the street again and fans swarm Norman and he takes photos with everyone who asks.

Later on, Fonda and Reedus go eat at Hogfish, a Key West restaurant. Outside, they chase some chickens around before heading inside for some food and drinks. They joke about people in the streets calling him Daryl rather than Norman. After eating, they go meet an old friend of Peter's, Dink. They reflect on old times and discuss some of the Key West culture. Dink brought a kite because it's what he and Peter used to do together. Reedus and Fonda do a little fishing with squid as bait and no luck. The sun goes down and the group heads out for a drink.

At the restaurant, Dink has a drink named after him and orders everyone a round. Peter reflects on growing up in the area and describes how things have changed in the area, especially traffic. They make jokes about riding but have fun, personal conversations. Reedus reflects on riding into the sunset on the 7 Mile Bridge. All the men can appreciate the thrills and freedom provided by riding. Reedus, though, especially appreciates having had the opportunity to spend so much time with his idol.
