'Titans' Cast 'Big Hero 6' Star as Beast Boy

DC's Titans has just cast another major role: It has been announced that Ryan Potter will be playing the role of Garfield "Gar" Logan, aka Beast Boy, on the show!

Potter is best known for being the voice of Hiro Hamada in Disney's Big Hero 6 movie and upcoming TV series; he joins a Titans cast that includes Brenton Thwaites (Pirates of Caribbean 5) as Nightwing; Anna Diop (24: Legacy) as Starfire; Teagan Croft as Raven; and Lindsey Gort (The Carrie Diaries) as Robin's new partner, Amy Rohrbach.

Potter has actually been campaigning for some time to be part of the Titans; the actor famously campaigned to play Nightwing or Robin in the live-action Titans, but Beast Boy is also a pretty high-profile character, thanks to Titans animated series and the Young Justice animated series.

Titans will premiere on DC's new digital streaming service, sometime in 2018.
