The Legend of Korra Book 4: Balance Premieres Today

The fourth and final book of The Legend of Korra, subtitled Balance, premieres on Nick.com today.

The new book picks up three years after Korra's battle with the Red Lotus in Book Three. Much has changed. Asami has created a new express railway to connect Republic City with the rest of the world. The citizens of Republic City have learned to coexist with spirits, and the Earth Kingdom is under new rule.

 When we last saw Korra, she badly hurt after her battle with Zaheer, left nearly paralyzed. She's lost her connection to her past lives as the Avatar, and nearly broke the Avatar cycle complete when Zaheer almost killed her. The Air Nation has stepped in to keep peace in the world during her absence, but she's left to wonder if the world really still needs an Avatar.

The premiere episode, "After All These Years," is available now on Nick.com, with the remaining episodes being released weekly.
