Invader Zim Lego Set Up On Lego Ideas

On Friday, Oni Press announced a new Invader Zim comic book series, which created quite a bit of excitement among fans of the animated television series. With the comic series in the works, could new Invader Zim toys be on the horizon?

A new project submitted on Lego Ideas by couple of fans hopes to inspire Lego to make an Invader Zim Lego set. If the Invader Zim project idea gets 10,000 supporters by May 1, 2015, then Lego will officially review the idea to see in Invader Zim would make for a good Lego product.

The Invader Zim Lego set proposal features Invader Zim house and Voot. Minfigures in the set would include 1 Zim minifigure with 2 heads, 2 Gir micro minifigures, 1 Dib minifigure with binoculars and notepad, and brick built flyin' pig (as a bonus accessory).

Currently, the Invader Zim Lego idea project has just over a thousand supporters, but it has plenty of time left to hit the 10,000 supporters' goal.
