Avengers: Age Of Ultron Opening Weekend Box Office Rises To $191.3 Million

Avengers: Age of Ultron has closed out its opening weekend with an official box office total of $191.3 million domestically, according to Walt Disney Pictures, bringing the film’s worldwide total to $631.1 million globally.

That’s a better total than was was expected after the film closed out it’s Saturday with an estimated opening weekend at $187.7 million, but still falls shorts of the original Avengers’ opening weekend record of $207.4 million.

Even if Age of Ultron didn’t break records, the Avengers have the top two box office opening weekends of all time, and Marvel Studios has the top three, with Iron Man 3’s $174.1 million coming in right behind.

Avengers: Age of Ultron is now playing in theaters everywhere.
