And Stan Lee didn't even create his character!

While Lee's own creations like the Fantastic Four, Jean Grey, Angel, and more stood on stage celebrating a great panel with Fox at Comic-Con International: San Diego, it was Chris Claremont and Jim Lee's Gambit who helped the living legend out.

After the "epic superhero selfie" where The Man had his picture taken with the assembled casts of Fantastic Four, X-Men: Apocalypse, and Deadpool, he needed to find a way off stage. The 92 year old isn't as spry as he used to be, of course. Actor Channing Tatum came right out of the picture, selfie stick and microphone in hand, and helped the creator off the stage.

It's a kind and heroic moment from the newest member of the Marvel/Fox family, and nice to see. Check it out yourself in the video above.
