Constantine, Daredevil, The Flash, Gotham, & Agents Of S.H.I.EL.D. Score Emmy Nominations

The 67th Emmy Award nominations were announced by the Television Academy today, and several television shows based on superheroes were nominated.

The debut season of Fox's Gotham received 4 nominations: Outstanding Production Design for a Narrative Contemporary or Fantasy Program (One Hour or More), Outstanding Costumes For A Contemporary Series, Limited Series or Movie, Outstanding Sound Editing for a Series, and Outstanding Special Visual Effects in a Supporting Role.

Netflix's first foray into the Marvel Universe, Daredevil, earned 3 nominations: Outstanding Main Title Design, Outstanding Sound Editing for a Series, and Outstanding Special Visual Effects in a Supporting Role.

Also nominated are Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.for Outstanding Special Visual, Effects and Constantine for Outstanding Production Design for a Narrative Contemporary or Fantasy Program (One Hour or More), and The Flash for Outstanding Special Visual Effects.

The 67th Emmy Awards air Sept. 20 on Fox.
