Sean Bean, Eva Green Rumored For Wonder Woman Villain Roles

Rumor has it that Sean Bean and Eva Green are up for villain roles in Warner Bros.' Wonder Woman movie.

According to Heroic Hollywood, Bean (Lord of the Rings, Game of Thrones) is up for the role of Ares, the God of War. Green (Penny Dreadful, 300: Rise of an Empire) is being considered for the sorceress Circe.

Both characters have roots in Greek mythology and have acted as Wonder Woman's archenemies in the past, though Ares took more of a mentor role in the New 52 version. Of course, if Bean is playing the role, the God of War won't likely live to see the sequel.
