Happy Birthday! Jon Bernthal Turns 39 Today

Happy birthday to Jon Bernthal, who is celebrating turning 39 today!

Bernthal is set to play Frank Castle a.k.a. the Punisher in the upcoming second season of Marvel's Daredevil on Netflix, however, the comic book community already holds him near and dear to their hearts for another role: Shane Walsh. In fact, ask Walking Dead fans which character they miss the most and a large percentage of them will tell you, "Shane Walsh!"

Since The Walking Dead, Bernthal has moved on to several movie roles, including parts in The Wolf of Wall Street, Snitch, and Fury.
