Anthony Mackie Would Like To Play The Hulk

Rather than seeing his Sam Wilson character go on to become Captain America in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Falcon actor Anthony Mackie would like to play the Hulk.

During his panel at Salt Lake City Comic Con, Wilson was posed the question of which other super hero he would like to switch places with. "I would switch with Mark Ruffalo. I grew up a Hulk fan," Mackie said. "When I was kid, Lou Ferrigno was my dude!"

"I used to dress up in green and try and hit people," Mackie joked before explaining himself. "It's the Hulk! Imagine a Hulk coming up to you, 'Hey, baby, what's your phone number?' Black Widow could be with anybody in the universe," he went on, "And she got with the Hulk!"

So, if for no other reason than to get the ladies, Anthony Mackie wants to play the Hulk. Nothing wrong with that.

Anthony Mackie will, however, reprise his role as The Falcon in Captain America: Civil War when it hits theaters May 6, 2016.
