Arrow: New Look At Speedy Revealed

The CW has released a brand new look at Speedy from the upcoming fourth season of Arrow.

Thea Queen, played by Willa Holland, will be evolving into the role of Speedy in tomorrow night's season premiere. In anticipation of the upcoming debut, CW released the new image below on their Twitter official Arrow Twitter account.
