While we patiently wait for Marvel Studios to get off their lazy keister and release the first Captain America: Civil War trailer, let's enjoy this cool fan-made version of the opening titles.

YouTube's Mighty Raccoon has put together this really cool Captain America: Civil War opening title sequence that incorporates Marvel's minimalist style, which they tend to use on their end-titles sequence. Watch the two sides of this Civil War present themselves and battle it out in a sea of gray, with a spot of color added here and there for dramatic effect.

Check it out in the video below.

Captain America: Civil War picks up where Avengers 2 left off, as Steve Rogers leads the new team of Avengers in their continued efforts to safeguard humanity. After another international incident involving the Avengers results in collateral damage, political pressure mounts to install a system of accountability and a governing body to determine when to enlist the services of the team. The new status quo fractures the Avengers while they try to protect the world from a new and nefarious villain.

Captain America: Civil War opens in theaters May 6, 2016.
