The Force Awakens may gobble up every box office record in sight but for some Star Wars fans The Empire Strikes Back, which was directed by Irvin Kershner and written by Leigh Brackett and Lawrence Kasdan, is still the best film in the franchise. Now a fan has recut a new trailer for the 1980 film to give a more modern look and feel.

Add John Williams' score from The Force Awakens teaser trailer and edit together scenes from The Empire Strikes Back that mirror those used in The Force Awakens teaser trailer and—voilà—you've got yourself a modern trailer.
