Rogue One: A Star Wars Story's Diego Luna in Flatliners Remake

Diego Luna, set to star in this year's Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, will next appear in a remake of Sony's '90s thriller Flatliners, TheWrap reports.

Luna will reportedly star opposite Ellen Page. It's expected to go into production in July.

Flatliners follows a group of medical students who experiment with "near death" experiences that involve past tragedies until the dark consequences begin to jeopardize their own lives.

The 1990 version starred Kiefer Sutherland, Julia Roberts, Kevin Bacon, and Oliver Platt.
