NBC has announced Emmy-winning actor Peter Dinklage — best known for his roles in Game of Thrones, Elf, The Station Agent, and X-Men: Days of Future Past — will be hosting Saturday Night Live on April 2!

This will be Dinklage's first time hosting SNL; however, it won't be his first appearance on the sketch comedy show. In April 2013, when Melissa McCarthy hosted the program, Dinklage appeared in the Weekend Update's "Drunk Uncle" segment as 'Peter Drunklage.'

Gwen Stefani will be the show's musical guest for the fourth time — twice with her former band No Doubt and twice as a solo act. She'll be on the program promoting her third solo album, This Is What the Truth Feels Like.

Game of Thrones returns to HBO on April 24.
