Supergirl actress Melissa Benoist is already crossing over with The Flash this season, but that isn't the only hero she would like to team-up with.

In a Facebook live Q&A, Benoist got a question from Facebook user Angel, asking "Will Supergirl would be teaming up with other DC female superheroes? I'd like to see you team-up with Batgirl."
Benoist replied "Angel, I feel the same way, and Chyler Leigh who plays Alex on the show, her and I actually, we kind of have a theory that perhaps, and this is just us, we are not the authority on this, but we think that Alex could make a really good Batgirl. She's got all the gear and the gadgets and the D.E.O to make her a really good Batgirl."
If that were to happen, please sign me up. Chyler's character on the show already has the skills to be able to pull it off, and since the show hues closer to classic looks costume wise, I'm sure they would find a nice blend of the black costume and more recent Babs of Burnside look. Either way, it would make a great addition to the show.
