Batgirl Leaving Burnside As New Team Takes Over

Batgirl is leaving Burnside, and heading out of the United States entirely in the new run by writer Hope Larson and artist extraordinaire Rafael Albuquerque.

While many enjoyed the more lighthearted vibe of Batgirl, Larson is taking Barbara on an excursion to Asia, as she tries to find out who she really is. That doesn't mean there won't' be action, as Larson stated she loves to write fight scenes.

While I will miss Bab's Tarr, Albuquerque's work is phenomenal, so there won't be a drop in quality. The new run starts on July 13th.
